Last Monday I went to Mutter Museum which is a museum for collecting physicians with all classmates and teachers. Before I went there, I already knew that I might see something terrible. However, although I prepare myself to be ready to see those things, I was still shocked!
This is their pamphletBe honest, I felt disgusting during I was visiting this museum. It doesn't mean this is not a good museum. Actually Mutter Museum is a really good and cool museum but I just have really personal feeling about seeing medical stuff. I don't like to see corpse or skull or limbs those kind of stuff. After visited this the exhibitions at Mutter museum, I couldn't eat anything because I felt sick.
My journal There is a one part I have some thought is birthing tools. I think no matter in the past or now, birthing a baby is a crazy difficult thing for women. Many people said that birthing a baby as if to die once! I felt that I may not want to birth a child for a moment during seeing the display. And this thought totally against what I desire in my life! I think this exhibition shocked me at this point ha~ Also, I think if you want to visit Mutter Museum, you should have strong bravery. Last thing I want to say is that don't eat anything before vising the museum!
I totally agree about eating! When I went to the Mutter Museum, my husband and I were planning to have lunch afterward. However, after seeing those exhibits, I needed to walk around the city for a few hours before I could think about food.
